CIDCO Housing 2026: Remaining Homes in Navi Mumbai Areas

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has asked eligible citizens to take advantage of the remaining Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and Non-EWS homes available under its First Come First Serve (FCFS) housing scheme.

The housing scheme provides applicants with an opportunity to choose and book available homes directly, subject to availability. The remaining homes are spread across several developing areas of Navi Mumbai, including Taloja, Kharghar, Dronagiri, Kalamboli and Bamandongari.

CIDCO FCFS Housing Scheme Covers Key Navi Mumbai Locations

The FCFS housing scheme was introduced in December 2025 to provide homebuyers with access to housing units across multiple locations in Navi Mumbai. While several homes have already been booked, some tenements remain available for eligible applicants.

The available homes are located in:

• Taloja Sector 22
• Taloja Sector 27
• Taloja Sector 34
• Taloja Sector 36
• Taloja Sector 37
• Kharghar Sector 40
• Dronagiri Sector 11
• Dronagiri Sector 12
• Kalamboli Sector 15
• Bamandongari in Ulwe

Applicants can select an available tenement based on their eligibility and preference. Bookings will remain subject to the availability of housing units.

EWS Homes Eligible for ₹2.50 Lakh Subsidy

Eligible EWS beneficiaries can receive a subsidy of ₹2.50 lakh under the applicable government housing benefit provisions. To receive the subsidy, beneficiaries must complete the required formalities on the Central government's PMAY-MIS portal.

Applicants are required to complete the Beneficiary Attachment process and provide the necessary documents. Aadhaar attachment and OTP-based verification are also required wherever applicable.

CIDCO has advised eligible beneficiaries to complete these procedures properly so their applications can move forward without unnecessary delays.

Taloja and Dronagiri Homes Available at Earlier Rates

According to CIDCO, the prices of homes covered under the scheme in several Taloja and Dronagiri projects are based on the rates applicable for the financial year 2022-23.

This pricing structure gives eligible applicants access to housing units at the previously applicable rates, subject to the terms of the scheme.

Immediate Possession After Completion of Payments

Applicants who successfully book a home under the FCFS scheme can receive possession after completing all required payments and other formalities.

The direct booking model also allows eligible applicants to choose from the available inventory instead of waiting for a traditional lottery process.

CIDCO Urges Beneficiaries to Complete Verification

CIDCO has appealed to eligible EWS and Non-EWS applicants to complete their documentation, Aadhaar-related requirements and beneficiary verification at the earliest.

For EWS beneficiaries seeking the ₹2.50 lakh subsidy, completion of the PMAY-MIS Beneficiary Attachment process is particularly important. Completing the required steps on time can help ensure a smoother verification process and access to the applicable housing subsidy.

With remaining homes available in Taloja, Kharghar, Dronagiri, Kalamboli and Bamandongari, the FCFS scheme continues to provide eligible applicants with an opportunity to secure a home in developing parts of Navi Mumbai.
