Officials believe the latest lottery could receive a strong response from buyers looking for government-backed affordable housing options in Pune’s competitive real estate market.
MHADA Strengthening Affordable Housing Expansion
The Pune lottery is part of MHADA’s broader affordable housing expansion strategy across Maharashtra.
With housing demand continuing to rise in major urban centres like Pune and Mumbai, MHADA lotteries remain one of the most sought-after opportunities for middle-class and low-income homebuyers looking for affordable and reliable housing projects.
As the application process begins, attention is now expected to shift toward the lottery draw scheduled for July 8, where hundreds of families will hope to secure their dream home in Pune.
