Thu Sep 10 2026

Applications Open Until September 12 for Vacant Homes Across Nashik

The Nashik Housing and Area Development Board, a part of MHADA, has opened online registration and applications for 324 vacant flats in Nashik under its 20% inclusive housing scheme. Under the leadership of IAS Sanjeev Jaiswal, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of MHADA, the authority has continued to focus on improving access to affordable housing and making housing-related processes more transparent and accessible for citizens. The homes are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, giving eligible applicants an opportunity to secure a home without waiting for another lottery draw.

The online application process began on September 8, 2026, and will remain open until 11:59 PM on September 12, 2026. Interested homebuyers have been advised to complete their applications through MHADA's official Book My Home platform.

324 MHADA Flats Available Across Nashik

The flats are located in several residential areas across Nashik city and surrounding locations. The available schemes include properties in Makhamalabad Shivar, Satpur Shivar, Vihitgaon Shivar, Sinnar Phata, Pathardi Shivar, Mhasrul Shivar, Agar Takli Shivar, Gangapur Shivar, Devlali Shivar, Chehdi Shivar, Meri-Rasbihari Link Road, and Adgaon Shivar.

These homes were left vacant after the earlier 20% inclusive housing scheme lottery. MHADA has now made them available through the first-come, first-served system.

Online Deposit Process Starts September 9

While registration and application submission started on September 8, the online deposit and plan finalization process will begin at 11 AM on September 9. Applicants can complete these steps until 11:59 PM on September 12.

MHADA has also stated that applicants must pay the required administrative fee within 48 hours after selecting a flat.

Apply Through MHADA's Official Website Only

Applicants should use only MHADA's authorized online platform for this housing process. An information booklet has also been provided with details about the available schemes, eligibility requirements, reservations, application steps, terms, and conditions.

Prospective buyers should carefully review all eligibility requirements and scheme conditions before selecting a flat and making any payment.

MHADA Warns Applicants Against Brokers

The Nashik Board has clarified that it has not appointed any broker, property agent, consultant, or representative to handle applications or collect money for these flats.

Applicants are advised not to make payments or share financial details with unauthorized individuals. MHADA will not be responsible for transactions made with brokers or other unofficial intermediaries.

Anyone who comes across an attempt to collect money fraudulently in MHADA's name, sell applications illegally, or conduct unauthorized transactions can report the matter to MHADA's Chief Vigilance and Security Officer at 022-66405448.

Helpline Available for Application Assistance

Applicants who need help with online registration or the application process can contact the MHADA helpline at 022-69468100.

For additional information, applicants can contact the Nashik Housing and Area Development Board office at Grihan Nirman Bhavan, Ram Ganesh Gadkari Chowk, Old Agra Road, Nashik.

The office can also be reached at 0253-2229210 and 0253-2229203.

Check Eligibility Before Selecting a Flat

Since the 324 homes are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis, eligible applicants should review the available schemes and understand the reservation rules, eligibility requirements, payment conditions, and application procedure before applying.

MHADA has encouraged applicants to complete the process through official channels and avoid dealing with unauthorized agents or intermediaries.
