SnehAsha Foundation Celebrates Ganeshotsav With Students

Students Come Together for a Day of Culture, Connection and Confidence

A special Sneha Mela was organized by the SnehAsha Foundation in Mumbai to celebrate Ganeshotsav with students, scholarship recipients, principals and school representatives from several schools. The gathering focused on creating a warm and welcoming environment where students could connect, share their experiences and participate in cultural activities beyond their regular classroom routine.

The event brought together students from different schools on a common platform, giving them an opportunity to meet new people, exchange ideas and build confidence. Cultural performances, dance, dialogues and group activities added energy to the celebration while allowing students to showcase their talents.

Students Showcase Their Talent Through Cultural Performances

Students presented a range of cultural and dance performances during the celebration. Their performances received appreciation from the audience and created an encouraging atmosphere throughout the event.

Siddhi Chauhan Jaiswal, Founder and President of SnehAsha Foundation, appreciated the students for their participation and encouraged them to continue exploring their talents and interests.

The program also provided students with an opportunity to interact in a relaxed setting outside their usual academic environment. The presence of principals, teachers and representatives from participating schools further strengthened the community spirit of the gathering.

Open Conversation Gives Students a Chance to Share Their Aspirations

One of the key moments of the event was an interactive conversation between Siddhi Chauhan Jaiswal and the students. She spoke with them about their education, interests, personal experiences and future goals.

The informal discussion encouraged students to express their thoughts openly and confidently. It also helped the foundation team understand the students beyond their academic progress and learn more about their interests, aspirations and experiences.

Following the interaction, students, school representatives and foundation members came together for Ganesh Aarti. Prasad was distributed after the Aarti, followed by lunch for the participants. The shared celebration created a friendly and positive atmosphere for everyone present.

SnehAsha Foundation Focuses on Education and Overall Development

The SnehAsha Foundation works to expand educational opportunities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Founded by Siddhi Chauhan Jaiswal and Sneha Jaiswal, the Mumbai-based nonprofit focuses on education, digital learning, scholarships, life skills and mentoring.

Along with academic support, the foundation's initiatives aim to give students opportunities to develop communication skills, confidence and practical knowledge. Its programs encourage students to gain social and cultural experiences that can support their overall development.

Foundation Initiatives Have Reached More Than 17,500 Students

According to the foundation, its initiatives have positively impacted more than 17,500 students so far. This includes more than 15,000 students reached through existing programs and another 2,500 students through initiatives in Palghar district.

As part of its digital education efforts, computer labs have been provided in 54 schools across Mumbai. In Palghar, programs are being conducted in four schools to help students develop life skills, soft skills, financial literacy, career readiness and functional English.

The foundation has also awarded scholarships to 72 students across four batches. Through collaboration with schools, teachers and other partners, it continues to support students in their education and skill development.

Building Opportunities for Students Beyond the Classroom

SnehAsha Foundation continues to work on initiatives designed to support students throughout their educational journey. Scholarships, digital learning, career guidance and skill development remain important parts of its approach toward helping young people prepare for their future.

The Ganeshotsav Sneha Mela reflected this broader focus by bringing education, culture, communication and community participation together in one celebration. The event gave students a chance to enjoy the festival, interact with others and express themselves in a supportive environment.
